We help instructors meet their privacy obligations

Many of the instructors using Coordinated do not have the benefit of a dedicated privacy team, and it is important to us to help them meet their privacy obligations. To do this, we try to build our products and services so they can easily be used in a privacy-friendly way.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you:

Create an account and set up your instructor profile
Schedule sessions, programs, and events
Process payments and manage billing
Communicate with students and families
Use platform features like calendars, messaging, and analytics

This includes account information (name, email, password), business details (business name, location, specialization), session data (schedules, attendance, notes), payment information (processed securely through our payment partners), and communications (messages, support requests).

We also automatically collect usage information such as your device type, browser, IP address, and how you interact with our platform to improve our services.

How we use your information

Children's privacy

Coordinated is designed for use by instructors and businesses. While students of all ages may attend sessions managed through our platform, accounts must be created by adults (18+ years old). Parents and guardians manage their family accounts and their children's information.

Coordinated operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law.
